The Spirit of the Lord is up on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor, to heal the broken hearted to announce that captives shall be released, that the blind shall see, that the downtrodden shall be freed from their oppressors, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.
To give fair judgement to the poor man, the afflicted, the fatherless, the destitue. To rescue the poor and the helpless from the grasp of and evil men.
